Hello, I’m Crystal, a product designer and creative strategist based in Vancouver with over 8 years of experience. I began my career at a UX/UI agency, then expanded into branding and strategic design as a freelancer. I've worked on Web3 products at a blockchain company and led end-to-end design for an AI-powered fashion platform at an early-stage startup.
Currently, I lead branding and UX design strategy at a business and marketing consulting firm, working across e-commerce and various industries. I oversee visual identity, user flows, and promotional assets, connecting business goals with creative direction.
